Nancy cI topped my truck with fuel before returning. While initiating the self return, the truck failed last minute and i had hard time just to remove the keys. I called the support and ask me to drop the keys and don't worry. On the bill i was surprised for Extra 70$ for fuel and service instead of coming compensation for hardship. First If the truck didn't fail, i would had finished the return and wouldn't had to pay any extra $. Second the charged fuel exceeds the distance i traveled by far (based on the average distance per L of the truck). I m still expecting a return call from the manager.

Francois JNobody was present and a lot of trucks were in the way so it was difficult to find a place to park
Andrea GTook over 50 minutes to secure my keys for the reservation I made online. The only knowledgeable person literally left at noon and left me standing with no keys because "he had to leave" The present staff tried valiantly to complete my reservation for 45 minutes. They do close from 1200 until 100pm, but the website did not reflect this. Needless to say, I will rent elsewhere after losing a solid hour of my day.

julie lThe truck’ whiper was busted and only discovered after picking up the truck. The appliance dolly’s wheels were also seized. Not a happy person.

Scott PWas given wrong information, and they forgot the blankets and dolly. Then charged a gas fee when we put gas at same level it was given to us. The tank was almost empty when we recieved it.

Gerard CThe drop off location has 5 stars, but the drop off that I had initially made the whole thing a mess... on the 28th, at night, i wanted to bring the truck to Male Grove. Luckily, my uncle sees it all the time on his way to Châteauguay, so he knew that it was full of snow (nothing had been removed since all of the snow that we had lately) and that the place is close completly, no more store. With that, I called at the customer service and the everything got so much worst. First, the lady told me to call a certain number and that it opens at 7h. I woke up at 7h and ohhh I was getting really angey, not after the employees but to uhaul. So i called the number i had. I press 2 for a current réservation, but i get disconnected. Finally, i press 1 ... after that and then i got transfered to SIX differenf numbers. Everytime: DISCONNECTED. Finally, the last one tells me that the department that i needed is opening at 9. Well after all those phone calls, TWO HOURS to be precised, well it was 9 now so i talked to a sweet lady. What you could do to improve: - You're employees should know the infos correctly - You should probably check up on the drop of locations because with evrything that happened, it really didnt help to deal with all of that. I called so many times, with no amswers. Right now, to be honest i'm in a major depression ans all of the crappy situation of the truxk, ot made it really hard. Sorry for the huge text, but i had to say it

Marcel CHi Uhaul, there’s lots of wear on the straps on the car dolly. Specially on the driver side, I would replace both side. Also on the driver side the strap is too short. You can call me for more details. 709-282-4500 Richard

Yves BThe website is garbage. When you return the truck after openning hours, it asks for your location. It doesn’t work with IOS, and then you’re stuck and cannot return the truck unless you pay 20$ fee. It’s the second it happens to me and it’s very frustrating.
