The guy was super friendly and explain everything as it was supposed to be. the van was super clean as well.
Simeon UThe application had bugs with self pick-up. It took me 1h to get to have the keys!! Most of the process could have been done ahaed of time : send my picture, my driving licenses, the payment, the verification with another person... Such as we could make it faster when we are in front of the truck. When contacting U-Hall, the lady was not speaking French and she was not able to help me with anything usefull.
