Guy athe truck stank of cigarette. otherwise was clean. the dash had a few parts that were broken..... which makes the whole thing feel quite unprofessional and un kept. also, the fact that the truck was empty of gas when i got it caused me an important inconvenience having to go straight to the gas station before even starting my day.... yes i was given a small credit for the cost of the gas.... but the time and hassle that it created was inacceptable.

I've rented u-haul trailers and trucks from several dealers both around Montreal and in the Laurentians and these guys are by far the best for service, availability and overall customer experience. I actually have to drive farther to see these guys but it's worth it just to avoid the frustration with dealing with other dealers.

Yves LThe way you present this survey is misleading. The subcontractors on both ends where extremely nice and helpful and therefore deserve an excellent note. U-Haul, the main office, however is the worst rental company there is. A frustrating and stressful experience and I would never ever recommend U-Haul for future rentals.

Pas la faute de l'établissement JLS mais ces petits camions ne supportent peut-être pas très bien le frois avec leur petite batterie...
