L’accueil et le soin du détail apporté par Jesse on sent qu’il tient à ce qu’on aie un service impeccable. Il est un locateur franchisé sérieux et plus efficace que certains U-Haul corporatifs avec qui j’ai eu affaire.

PATRICK LI’m a returning customer and once again this U-Haul location blew me away with truly exceptional service. Jessy went above and beyond from start to finish—he walked with me through the yard, inspected the trailer with me, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt 100% confident before leaving. What really stood out was his hands-on help: he literally got down on his knees to make sure the trailer was properly hooked to my vehicle, and did the same when I returned it. You don’t see that kind of care and customer service very often. Big WOW. This is easily a 5-star experience (and then some). I highly recommend this location and especially Jessy to anyone renting here.
