We received a call asking if we could change the location to pick up our u-haul for a discount to help promote a new store. We excited to accept going a few extra miles out of our way. When we arrived, the guy had to call his manager 2 to 3 times because he couldn’t figure out what was going wrong with the system. Then come to find out the truck had not been cleaned or gasoline put in, and the gas was just about below E and needed gas right away. Also, when opening the truck there was leftover garbage so it had not been cleaned from the night before. All the furniture pads were taken out and not replaced. I don’t feel like my money was valued here with the experience that I had to go through to try and help promote a new store.

Was charged for gas because the fuel gage level was lower than the indicated level. When I picked up the truck the fuel gage was under 1/4 of a tank. I put $35 worth of fuel for use that day because it was so low. But I was still charged $50 for fuel.

After scanning in my driver's license twice, I still had to go inside the store and go through the process f4om the beginning because the clerk seemed unfamiliar with the process. The biggest issue was trying to park the truck when I had to return it. Initially, all of the spits were full and I had to wait. Then I had to try to get that big truck in a normal sized parking spot. You really need to more spots and more room to maneuver.
