Raymond Jay J.Returned Uhaul and there was no where to park it. they had closed their gate and so you couldn't access the parking lot and were had to park it along a fence that was full of uhauls. Also. the mobile app is not good. I took all my pictures, locked up the truck, dropped my keys and then was trying to check it out and it wouldn't allow me to upload the pics and it wouldn't allow me to move forward without taking pics.
Michael A.Was able to reserve late Friday when weather turned so we couldn't use trailers. Staff was very friendly and professional. With a 26 footer, we only needed one trip in one day. Thought it would take two!
Paul B.I can recommend, but it wasn't the best service as no one was there at 8 am although she did show up soon after and efficiently got me on my way. No one was at the desk when I returned before 5 pm so I had to call a number to get help and they told me to leave the keys on the desk.

Max S.My only issue was actually with the pickup process. It was not clear to us when we reserved the vehicle that the online pickup process was going to involve waiting on a representative the morning that we picked up the truck so we had to enter a bunch of information (that I had already entered in the reservation process) and wait for someone to verify that we were okay to rent to. Why wasn't that done already? I ended up having to leave my husband at the location with my phone because I was dropping him off on the way to the dentist and my impression from what I saw originally was that it was going to be a fast process. He and I sat there for close to 10 minutes before I HAD to leave. Everything physically at the location was very super, it would have just been nice to have an accurate estimate of how long the pickup process was actually going to take before we got there.

I tried calling customer service and got an automated message saying they were experiencing difficulty and never got through to anyone. NOT HAPPY.

Michael B.There was trash in the cab and back of the truck. I had to clean it out when done. I understand how busy they've been so its understandable. Otherwise - easy pick up- easy delivery- easy experience overall. Other than those few things the truck and everything was fine.
becky P.I was very disappointed with my experience. I had a reservation for 9am and was waiting at the entrance but all the doors were still locked. The manager did not arrive to open up until after 9am, although 9am was when they were supposed to be open, and the truck was not even ready as it had not been checked back in from the customer that had dropped it off overnight. I had to ask the manager for disinfectant wipes to clean the truck myself because the manager did not offer to do this and because we had already lost about 30 minutes due to the manager's lateness and not having the truck ready for my 9am pickup. In addition, I had reserved a dolly a few days before my reservation, but the manager told me none were available. As you can imagine, this made my move much more difficult and time consuming. This is not my first poor experience with UHAUL, but it will certainly be my last.
