I had issues using the app for my early pick-up at 8am, so I had to return when the location opened at 9. However, they were late opening, so I had an additional 15 minute wait. Also, I rented furniture pads that were not in the truck. I asked about those and was told if they weren't in the truck, then they didn't have any. No prior notice was given, no communication beforehand and no attempt to solve the issue. Truck still had trash from previous user.
