The trailer was not attached properly and came off the hitch after we were half a mile down the road. The hitch had quite a bit of rust on it. We had ordered 24 blankets and they only had 12. This isn’t a reservation we had made last minute. It was made several months ago.
Kristi VStaff was helpful and courteous. After I arrived at the move-out location, I discovered that there were hundreds (or more) ants crawling up and down the rear of the trailer, in the track of the door. The trailer was empty at that point. We did our best to sweep them out, but many were still present after the 275 mile trip to our destination. I suppose they had set up house within the trailer somewhere.
David MCustomer service gets 1 Star. They did not hook up the trailer for me. I had to hook it up myself. This location is TERRIBLE. Don’t use Levi Storage for renting UHaul trailers
David BI had to unhitch the trailer myself and push it into a parking spot. I feel the U-Haul personnel should have been the one to do this.
