The service from the Liberty Auto Service and Custom Exhaust was handled well given the limited staffing and sudden change of location for pickup of the U-Haul truck which was delivered late in the previous evening - and thus was not ready for immediate pickup at 7:30 AM the designated time. The vehicle was in acceptable condition and reasonably clean. Regarding the change of location from the U-Haul, Bragg Blvd. location: Notice of this change came late in the previous evening and did not account for the fact that the new pickup location opened at the pickup time rather than before providing no time for preparation by the staff. Additionally, no clarity was provided regarding the Queen Size cover for the mattress - the location did not carry them, no direction was provided. A post use phone call from the Bragg Blvd. location indicated that I was expected to pick up the cover from their location though this was never communicated. I appreciate the discount provided for the inconvenience, but communication on expectations could have been clearer both to myself and the sub-location staff.

U-haul was full of animal feces and urine that was baked into the walls, floors and the top shelf. Inconsistent information in regards to uploading the pictures as well as the return process. No accomodations were made in regards to the unhygienic conditions.
