I rented equipment that was not in the truck and no one was on site to be able to assist me with the items I needed. Ensure that all trucks are well equipped, have the proper tools that the customer has requested to be able to complete the job they are trying to complete.

Have someone to inspect vehicle before it is rented out. Also have the right amount of gas registered to the main center.

Charles FedonIt was a disaster trying to pick up the rental truck. I spoke to the local rep 30 minutes prior to my arrival to pick up the rental truck. He said everything was in order for me to pick up the truck. I show 30 minutes later and be and everyone else had left for the day and it was 4:00 p.m. He never said no one would be there. I had no key to the truck or anything else. I then spent 2.5 hours in the parking on the telephone with uhaul customer support trying to get someone to rent me the truck a d to access their lock box that had the truck key inside of it but it too was broken. I finally got the owner of that store location to come help me. Then I get in the truck and it was filthy and had an eight of a tank of gas in it. This was a horrible experience by far. Plus no one offered me any concessions, nor discounts not even a glass of ice water after I stood in 88 degree temperature trying to get the ew tal truck and leave. Then I was late for my next appointment with some movers that cost me another $350 for their time that I did not get to use because they am had already left when I showed up and I had to pay in advance for their services.
