Young worker with limited knowledge. Trailer was damaged (someone ran into the back end of it) where the door would not open and close easily. Young worker had no input into the situation and called his boss who told me over the phone take it or leave it. I was stuck so I had no choice but to take it. Trailer was well used and probably at the end of it’s service life. Outrageous cost of $1,200 for a really worn out and bad trailer. The trailer also did not sit correctly and was really low at the back end. Only a few inches off the ground. While on the phone I asked the boss if there would be a discount because of the poor condition of the trailer and told me again to take it or leave it. Very poor reflection on U-Haul. I had the opposite experience at the return center. Very helpful and agreed the trailer was in poor condition.
JEFFREY FU-Haul charged me for extra mileage. Truck was rented for 24 hrs and put 54 miles on truck. Returned truck within 4 hrs and was charged $7 for over mileage.
Keith KThey do not have 24 hour returns on Saturday night as I was told. They close around 10 pm which totally screwed up my schedule because I had to return after driving 45 minutes to return the keys the following day. I’m not happy
William NPerson at this location was extremely rude! I set the blankets on the counter and the person pushed them off and said don't put anything on the counter. Person was not helpful at all.

LUKE NOriginal reservation was changed to this place, I found out last minute, this was a huge inconvenience despite making a reservation weeks ago. I waited over half an hour closer to 45 minutes to get my rental. The man who I’m assuming was an owner was very rude and unhelpful. He was having an issue with his gas pumps and was more concerned with that. He lied to me saying his system was down, despite renting a truck immediately before and in front of me, despite doing normal transactions in his store, and despite the U-Haul terminal being a regular computer and not tied to his system. He made me wait knowing he could have helped me at any time. My time was wasted and I was disrespected, I will never go there again and will reconsider using I U-Haul in the future.
TAYLOR MTook forever - the app wouldn’t allow self-checkin so I had to rely on agent behind counter who had absolutely no idea how to perform the transaction. Returning the truck was the same situation. Agents were less than helpful and took forever to process transaction. Why have a self-checkin app & process if you’re not going to allow customers to use them? Will not recommend.
PETER MInexpensive and there was a variety of truck sizes available.

William SWas supposed to be set up by location as a online check in because i need to pick up at 8am before they oppen at 9 am. my discussion with the person who called me from pick up location.i was told to Sign in to the app. When i did there wasnt anything about check in. The gentleman working the gas station was kind enough to help me. I spent an hour and 10 minutes trying to get checked in still, how still had to call customer service and was told to watch a video to learn how to Check-in with the app. Upon my disapproval, someone intervened. And got me checked in via phone in 5 complete waste of my morning and cost me an extra $200. Because I had to pay 4 Labor's $50 an hour with nothing to do and no truck $200 more out of my pocket.Completely unacceptable on u haul's part was never offered any compensation for my time At least a credit towards my rental Would have been nice

The best is their rental fees in comparison to fees for any other service(s) I PRE-COVID. no COVID ADDED ON $$$ GOUGING FEES.

Michael DTruck had a tire pressure sensor fault message on the dashboard that was well known to the employees of the facility. Fault caused driver to think he had a flat tire or low air pressure in right front tire. Very concerning. Facility also overcharged customer for truck rental.
John SThe mobile phone pick-up process did not work properly, and the number to call concerning that process failed to connect. I had to enter the premises to finish the pick-up process in person. I lost 1/2 hour of rental period use as a consequence.
Chester NOverall the rental experience was good with 2 exceptions: 1.) the van was not very clean and required about an hour of my time to clean it, wipe it down and vacuum. 2.) There was some confusion with the return. I returned the van well ahead of the designated time but received 2 separate phone calls asking me WHEN I was going to return the van!! I think that was eventually resolved although the last person I spoke with was not totally certain - he used words like 'should be' or 'seems' to be resolved...not a total vote of confidence. So there was apparently a breakdown in the return process. On the positive side the location itself was very clean and the staff was courteous and polite. I will continue to use this location but hope they address these minor issues.

Kerry RLocation is a gas station with a store. One clerk helps with the UHaul counter AND every customer that walks in. What should be a 5 minute operation (like it is in other U-Haul locations I've used) turns into 20-30 minutes as the clerk stops on my rental and goes to help customers. Returning is usually easier, but I still did not get a receipt emailed to me as I requested and had to submit my costs to my boss via a printout from your website. I would try to choose another local location if I had the choice.

The agents spent 10 minutes of complaining that I brought the truck back to them while they have limited space. 10 more minutes taking care of his gas station clients and finally 5 minutes to do the checkout with as little customer service as possible.

Jeffrey HThey have the option to pick up the truck using your phone, so you could book early morning but in reality they don’t because their stuff comes at 9am and you can’t get the key before that. My suggestion is either they put an electric box outside where you can pick up the keep after check in or they remove the option for self-check in. I was disappointed because I have to ask for the gas station guy to pick the key for me and he was really pissed off because of this situation.

Ruth Spicking up the truck was a smooth transaction and the customer service excellent. the return was also really great and it's a big plus that the location is part of the gas station too, because you can fill up the gas tank right there upon return. also - great hours and open on sundays!

Alan BWe have a billing problem after the truck broke down and we were stranded for 5 hours on rt 95. Now we are getting charged an extra 343.45 and I get dropped calls and ended chat sessions.... I thought UHAUL would be better than this... I need someone to contact me and get this straighten out
