I easily reserved the cargo van online. When I arrived the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. We rented an almost new cargo van which was very clean. The staff at the site were skilled and very friendly . I highly recommend the U Haul site on Route 202, Ringoes, NJ

I was also charged locations without my knowledge. Which is farther. I was also promised a discount on the phone for my troubles. I never got one. Got completely over charged
Peggy DThe first truck didn't have a driver's side mirror. To get a second truck took 40 minutes and I wasn't allowed to upload pictures of each side of the truck, even though I did my rental through the app. The clerk didn't give us the paperwork for the second truck until after I had asked for it for 5 minutes. The second truck was fine, clean, etc. I will not use that location again.
