The first truck didn't have a driver's side mirror. To get a second truck took 40 minutes and I wasn't allowed to upload pictures of each side of the truck, even though I did my rental through the app. The clerk didn't give us the paperwork for the second truck until after I had asked for it for 5 minutes. The second truck was fine, clean, etc. I will not use that location again.
