The need for a second form of photo ID should be more prominent in the email. Now that I've done the contactless renting it should be easier the next time but it wasn't too difficult, just took some figuring out.

The agent was not expecting me, & told me he had no notification from U-haul that I was arriving with the truck. He told me that he had no place to put it, & to take it to a different U-Haul facility. I refused, & left it there.

Not happy since my Son tried to return the van early on Saturday instead of Sunday. The app was not working at all so I was charged the full amount. I also left a voicemail to let them know it was returned on Saturday instead on Sunday!!!

The location was very nice and clean, the owner/staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care off. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

Better customer service. Had 2 wait for them to finish with selling a car before they would do my rental. Rental was dirty and had like no gas in it. Brought it back with a little less then what we got it with and was charged for 2 gallons
