They were closed but Monday U-Haul called asking where the truck was at they never checked it in on Monday even though we dropped it off Sunday there terrible there.

Rob HThey were closed on Sat and Sun but I had been told from a previous Uhaul use I could drop off the trailer when nobody was there. Did this and it worked fine and I got confirmation that it was dropped off so was pleased.
MARC BThe overall experience was very disappointing. This location was fine. The personnel did not help load the trailer - had to do that myself. The day before my pick up, I was contacted by a U-Haul representative that told me my trailer wasn't available in the location where I had a reservation confirmation. I was told basically that the reservation wasn't a "confirmation" that I had the equipment, it just moved me higher up the list from getting bumped if there was a lack of equipment. On a day that I was trying to get ready for my upcoming trip, I had to drive 122 miles to pick up my trailer which was 2.5 hours of my time. The location where I picked up the trailer did not have the blankets I reserved even though the representative that called me assured me they would have them. So, I had to drive 24 miles round trip to another location to get my blankets. I asked why someone from U-Haul did not go get the trailer and bring it to the reservation location and I was told they did not do that. I asked for a discount for the gas and time I was not expecting to spend to go do their job for them and I was told they did not do that either. So reserving equipment and receiving a confirmation is like buying a lottery ticket - you may or may not have the equipment you need and you won't know until right before you need it. This is not my first experience with a problem just like this.
WILLIAM JMore variety of vehicles, truck was clean and fine but had hole cut in side to allow muffler to exhaust through side of truck. Maybe installed incorrectly
Neil BI was not satisfied with the overall experience with U-Hau. We had reservations for a smaller truck but were told later on that they did not have. We ended up spending more money than expected on what was available after already driving 4 hours.

Mark GThe employee that helped me didn’t want to be there. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Door was locked ( I had to knock) even though they were within their hours. The trailer had some previous damage. You guys want to change a lot for this equipment. I’ll happily pay a lot for good equipment. I don’t feel Uhaul has quality equipment anymore. The Uhaul app isn’t user friendly.

Andrew BPlease adjust the headlights for the next driver. They are pointing to the right very far. You can see nothing on the left side at all. Makes it very unsafe. Had to stop driving at night which caused an extra day on the road, this was unplanned. PLEASE FIX FOR NEXT RENTER!

howard lThe process took quite a while and the agent seemed to want more contacts than expected (4-5). I was quoted $413 for a car hauler, but when ready to sign, the cost was over $500. When I asked why, the agent said he was not a U-Haul dealer and could charge what he wanted. I had to have the trailer, so I paid the extra money. The agent did not ensure the lights were working properly before leaving us in the yard. Not a good representative.
