The employee that helped me didn't want to be there. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Door was locked ( I had to knock) even though they were within their hours. The trailer had some previous damage. You guys want to change a lot for this equipment. I'll happily pay a lot for good equipment. I don't feel Uhaul has quality equipment anymore. The Uhaul app isn't user friendly.
