Tim, the dealer who helped me went above the normal assistance in helping me with the truck. I had a couple of delays in my closing date on my new place, and his help made the move much easier than it looked like it was going to be. Tim was excellent, he I would give 5 stars to. The building and lot were clean, but tired, that is why the 4 stars overall. I would use their services again.

LINDA GFor our situation, nothing to improve. Ours was a simple moving of some furniture out of an apartment, some to a resale organization and some to another apartment. Pick-up and drop off was efficient, and friendly.

GARY CWe were charged an extra $56. For gas and a dam cleaning fee. It wasn't left dirty. So we ended up paying almost $250. For this crap. Never again. We'll go elsewhere and give bad reviews.
CHRISTIE ETim Welch did an excellent job taking care of me. Everything was ready to go. Everything worked and Tim was very quick to help. Not a very long process and I will rent again in the future from Tim. I will recommend my friends, relatives, and neighbors do too!

TIMOTHY NI had to pay for a ride and drive 45 minutes in horrible weather because the Beaver Dam location decided they didn't have my truck after it was reserved since November 17th. So.... How do I get my $50.00,,?

FRANK BService was great! Very friendly people. Knew their jobs and did them well. Were knowledgeable about their vehicles. A truck was obtained from a neighboring town for me. It was there when i checked in as per my reservation and was in good working order. Would use this location again. ❤️
