Reservation was moved three times, caused a delay in my out of state move, vehicle covered in dog hair. Terrible

Shut down this location. It is a legitimate hazard with no parking, nestled in the middle of a busy three way intersection with no stop light nor stop sign, in a bad part of town.
Jake NYour survey needs to ask about how easy or hard it was to deal with the uhaul app to pick up the truck. The location has nothing to do with anything. It took approximately 45 minutes to be able to get the app to accept the copy of the drivers license. Why do you need 2 contacts to approve a driver if a credit card is given as form of guarantee and you have the drivers license? This was extremely painful and should be reviewed or do not permit pick ups unless the location is open. I will not be using Uhaul moving forward.
