There was no furniture pads/moving blankets that I paid for in the U-Haul. And nobody at the location to help. Also struggled for a while even getting the truck it took 45 minutes after we arrived because nobody was there and the app wasn’t working. So I’m out $10 from the moving pads that I didn’t receive and I also don’t know why it says the truck was returned at 10:30 it was literally returned right after the move at like 630-7 pm. That part doesn’t matter but yeah the truck itself once we got access to it was good just wish the experience went smoother. I was relying on those moving pads. So it was a shit show

Excellent experience from start to finish! We rented through Lifestyles MRKT, and the entire U-Haul process was seamless. The truck was clean, well maintained, and ready when we arrived. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and the staff at Lifestyles was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They answered all of our questions and made our cross-country move just a little less stressful. I would definitely rent from this U-Haul location at Lifestyles MRKT again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a moving truck.

Reservation was moved three times, caused a delay in my out of state move, vehicle covered in dog hair. Terrible

Shut down this location. It is a legitimate hazard with no parking, nestled in the middle of a busy three way intersection with no stop light nor stop sign, in a bad part of town.

Your survey needs to ask about how easy or hard it was to deal with the uhaul app to pick up the truck. The location has nothing to do with anything. It took approximately 45 minutes to be able to get the app to accept the copy of the drivers license. Why do you need 2 contacts to approve a driver if a credit card is given as form of guarantee and you have the drivers license? This was extremely painful and should be reviewed or do not permit pick ups unless the location is open. I will not be using Uhaul moving forward.
