The bed wasn't swept out very well and the gas tank wasn't full which I didn't realize that I was only allowed one picture when I had answered no that it wasn't clean and stuff so I only took a picture of the floor on the inside of the truck so hopefully that doesn't turn out so bad but I don't know if they thought that the tank was full or not

Howard TBe more thorough with the lights working once the trailer is hooked up. Questions were asked of the attendant, and the answers were very vague. We found that we were hauling a trailer that had no running lights.
KEITH FThe location itself was fine, and easy to find. I called the day before our scheduled reservation date to verify that the truck would be there. Brian acknowledged the reservation and when asked, assured me that if we were slightly later than the 8:00 AM time, it would still be ok. However, he didn’t tell me that the facility would be closed on weekends (pick up date was a Saturday) and that I’d have to do the check in solo via the app. We arrived, started the process on the app, which was “under review” for several minutes (not the location’s fault), and once they told us where the lock box was, it didn’t describe that the lockbox had a hidden panel for entering the unlock code. Once we finally figured it out, we were able to leave with the truck just fine. It would’ve been helpful if Brian had just reviewed those steps with me when I called the day before so that I knew what to expect when picking up via the app and not with a person.
ANDREW JNo clear place to drop. A lot of obstacles in yard. Drop box not clearly visible. Mobile app was not working, nor was website for after hours return. Poorly executed after hours plan.

Autumn AWe were able to get a rental but had to go to a different location (Lightning Auto) because the branch wanted to be sure a hauler was available for a walk in. I did not understand why a walk in would trump a reservation.
Michael SStop charging people for services they didn't get. Also retrain your staff since they don't actually know anything about your uhaul service! Very dissatisfied with this company's customer service!

Lora FSurge brakes seemed to activate for no reason, even without load, suggest surge brake's hydraulics not properly working, kept doing what felt like a "slamming" sensation to the tow vehicle when braking and then jerked the tow vehicle when the brakes were released. Previously rented auto transport trailers, from other locations, did not do this.

Kerry CFill the windshield wiper fluid reservoirs! They are always empty! Mirror on driver door only reflected the side of the truck, and could not be adjusted without special wrenches. When asked, employee told me it looked fine to him and wasn’t adjustable. Drove from Wisconsin to Florida without an effective mirror. Backup screen on windshield mirror is helpful, but don’t understand why it can’t be left on all the time. It would provide a virtual view that would make up for the wall of the truck bed blocking the mirror’s line of site.
THOMAS DTrailer was full of debris from a previous renter that was not cleaned out
