Water leaked in from the trailer onto multiple wood furniture pieces.
Jessica AThe trailer didn't have a jack, so when dropping off after hours, it was a challenge to unload it at this site due to that, other than that, everything was great and the customer service was very good as well.
Al BI used the automated feature and I was required to take photos of my U-haul in the pouring rain. It was extremely difficult to take pictures with a cell-phone in the pouring rain and I was getting extremely frustrated. It was required for me to do before I was able to return the truck.
