The trailer didn't have a jack, so when dropping off after hours, it was a challenge to unload it at this site due to that, other than that, everything was great and the customer service was very good as well.

I used the automated feature and I was required to take photos of my U-haul in the pouring rain. It was extremely difficult to take pictures with a cell-phone in the pouring rain and I was getting extremely frustrated. It was required for me to do before I was able to return the truck.
