viviana lU-Haul truck odometer read 24,000+ miles but the contract shows 204, 000+ miles. I requested another contract. Lil Gil’s only slashed through the incorrect odometer reading and wrote in the correct reading and initialed it. I again requested the contact be updated in the system. He printed me a copy with the correct reading. I later received a text from U-haul showing the incorrect reading. Dropping off the 16’ trailer with 2 U-Boxes was stressful as well. I went to the specified address and they sent me two buildings down to a U-box facility to drop the trailer. I refused as my Load Share contract stated that compensation would be denied if the trailer is returned to a different address. The representative at U-box guided me back to the other correct address and removed the trailer from the truck. I called the U- Box help number to confirm it would not stop payment of the $700.00 offering for delivery of the trailer.

Marc SThis is a small auto garage with almost nowhere to park, especially with a 20' truck and a 12' trailer. I had no dealings with the personnel at this location because I dropped off the truck and trailer on a Sunday, but since I had to put something, I had to make it a "no" because they do not make room for equipment drop off.
EDWARD WI had a very positive experience. The business was accommodating and exceeded my expectations in many ways.
JOSHUA RGabby and her entire family and the entire staff were the most helpful, respectful and fun I have ever enjoyed at a U-Uaul. The next time I need to rent in San Antonio I certainly hope they have what I need as they are terrific. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in San Antonio, TX.

JOSUE DThe trailer I received had a bald tire on it, we encountered rain on the trip from San Antonio to Springfield… when we unloaded the trailer some of my things were wet towards the front of the trailer not the door…. I’m sure this was due to lack of availability however being redirected and not getting a quality trailer was disappointing to say the least. But we made it without a flat tire. And my mission was accomplished. That being said I expected more quality for the rate I was charged.
