Amy BTruck was too big, all you had available. Closer pick up location to me would have been much better. Truck A/C was not working well.

COLLEN LWhen I arrived at my scheduled 5:30pm time the location was closed. (They closed early and I was not made aware) I had to communicate through a ring doorbell to redo my reservation and wait in 20 degree weather until the problem was fixed. The guy helping me was nice but it was very inconvenient.
