I was charged $175.00 to my credit card. $100.00 deposit and $75.00 rental fee and mileage. Contract was written up they charged my credit card $100.00. But rental fee was only $69.18. and I will only be refunded $38.81. Lillys signs told me I will be refunded the $75.00 separately from the 38.81 UHAUL customer service said they only the contract to go off of. And I will only be refunded 38.81. ...... WHERE IS MY OTHER $75.00 ???

I rented truck online.U-Haul didn't email me the code to get onto the lockbox (I rented for Sunday). Wanted 10' truck but got 20' truck instead. Larger truck caused problems. Husband backed into neighbor's mailbox.

Let the custom know in advanced their “preferred” location isn’t where the truck will actually be. I had to drive an hour out my of way to get the rental truck alone. Customer service, the truck should’ve been driven to the location I selected in the first place. Clean the trucks out of the previous customer didn’t! This truck was covered in dirt in the back, and sticky soda was spilled all over the cab of it! Disgusting and horrible service. Will never use Uhaul again.

Very unprofessional. I ordered pads/blankets which came in 2 large bags. No one offered to help me. When I opened the back of the truck it was extremely dirty. Had to get the employee to clean it. Then opened the cab and it was filthy. Response was “I was out of town and the staff must have slacked off.” Again, I needed to ask for it to be clean.

The trailer worked great and easily pulled with my truck. I only wish the equipment I was renting was available for a one way rental. The 5x8 trailer was for local use only. So, I had to haul it back empty and rent an extra day. Just a bummer for the pocketbook.

The front desk person stayed a few minutes late for us to pick up the truck, which was much appreciated. The truck was clean too. However, we noticed the tires couldn't hold air for long because of a leaking valve. We had to put air in the rear tires 5 minutes after pickup cause it was already flat. And had to refill them two more times over the next 24 hours.

Drop off was closed so I used the online drop off feature in the app. Wasn’t too difficult. Again, when I was notified I had went over my miles allowed, I was a little shocked. I didn’t even know I had a limit. It was only 6 miles but it would have been nice to know this before hand.

Oil light came on halfway to destination. We put oil in truck but light stayed on. Mirrors wouldn't stay in position which made it hard to navigate in traffic. Other than that the truck worked great. Got the job done.

If you are going to inquire about my "Uhaul experience" than you should be honest and include Uhaul itself, it's website, etc. as well as the pick-up and drop-off locations. I reserved a utility trailer for pick-up in Decatur IL via website, NOT Taylorville, IL. UHAUL FAILED MISERABLY to make sure the equipment was at the Decatur site. Instead, you took the easy way out by changing my pick-up location WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. UHAUL had one week to perform this task and FAILED MISERABLY. Why in Hell should the customer be expected to change his/her plans due to UHAUL's failures? Shouldn't I get some form of compensation for performing this work FOR YOU?
