I'm not a person that usually leaves reviews, but I picked up the truck from Lilly signs and the young lady behind the desk was very nice, prompt and knowledgeable with answering questions. Upon my return I had a challenge on the uhaul app that an online chat cleared up easily. A different person at Lilly signs received my keys at the return and was also very nice to me. Location was easy to find, a nice large parking lot to maneuver a large truck around, it was east to find, and a gas station nearby to top off before returning the truck. Overall, I had no problems.
