Well the AC didn't blow any cold air the entire time of using truck to move. And the representative who we dealt with when turning in and paying for the rental of seven days only said hmmm, that's new! Not I'm sorry for the inconvenience or let me see if I can do something to compensate y'all for the whole week it took to move and all the money you are paying us for you to ride around in a truck that has no AC or cruise or power anything except for steering but I guess that's enough right?! All these locations of uhaul are on their own set of sop . Which in my opinion is wrong because when you talk to customer service one of the reps will tell you one thing and the next rep says something completely different it's a very odd business to try and find people that are or will be satisfied with their rental. Id guess less than 30 percent is happy with their rental process. And for 89 cent a mileomg that's highway robbery. I even wrote to the CEO of uhaul emailed him, to say a few words about the locations I have dealt with and got nothing but grief. Ya know what he said?...NOTHING! Didn't even respond. That's leadership at its best right there ladies and gents! I guess you're only as good as ur worst leader in that business right! Cause that's obviously how all the employees read it.

It took me 2 hours to clean and desinfect the truck cab! The stearing wheel and panels were sticky and it appeared the surfaces had never been properly cleaned. Upon return we were blamed for some scraches we did not cause, the truck already had a bunch of scratches. We treated it well.

The process to access the vehicle was not explained very well and I did not know I needed to have multiple proven types of identification. Thankfully people were available to help me with the process at 7am.

The mobile app to pick up the U-haul was to time consuming and took about a half hour in order to get the truck.

Everything was good except when we dropped off, they knew it would be after hours, but there was no jack or instructions on where a jack would be to unhook the trailer.

I was scheduled to pick up a trailer. The building was closed. I wasn't told that when scheduled this. I called the Springfield location. I almost had to drive there. Finally the customer service called the manager and he came to our location

Get your help, kids, more knowledgeable about how the reservation and online reservations work and how to deal with bad uhaul policies. The truck was dirty, there was no explanation why. And the girl was like 15 that was in charge, and she had no answers to my questions. Uhaul told me take it or leave it. Seriously. I had to go 75 miles one way to even pick up a truck after having a reservation for over 2 weeks again, with again no explanation. It was a bad bad experience. Horrible they treat people like that after trusting them. Bad business practices and company should be ashamed.

Upon initial inspection I discovered the windshield was cracked across both sides. Repairing this before renting would be advised.

Very difficult to checkin on line. Took 30 minutes standing out in cold and wind The stupid issue is must have a person ready to answer U-Haul as a contact. I do not have anyone like that.

Everything was very good!!!! Except when I told the gurl at the counter I would return truck by 9:00pm Sunday she said it would be considered 1 day not 2 dats. So she changed orders in computer & said I was good to go. I returned truck by 8:00pm on Sunday evening and the computer still charged me for 2 days??

I would highly recommend u-haul at Lily signs in Taylorville Il. They were very helpful and was there to help me find a truck in another state and made all the arrangements for me. Again, I would highly recommend.
