I had booked a reservation for pickup at another facility and it was changed to pick up at this location. The truck was fine, but I had also reserved extra moving supplies like blankets and Dollie’s that was not included. This is a “pickup/dropoff” facility only not a full service facility. Plus they changed my drop off location from what I originally reserved.
