Wow, amazing. The reservation that I made was at the actual location I chose and didn’t have to drive out of town to pick up the rental. Also, the ac worked. And the staff was friendly and professional!!! Thank you!!!! I love this new main location for U-Haul!

I have to admit that I'm a tightwad with my finances so I never pickup protection with my rentals but I notice a "safe protection" charge. Which I never clicked on. So this facility on Roosevelt in Dubuque I personally will never do business with.

Carl SThe lock box was hard to figure out at first especially at night and the video on uhauls app isn’t the same lock. Not sure if the video has to be updated. I had to google to realize the steering wheel can get locked up and causes you not to be able to start it. It might be nice if there were some helpful tips and tricks for these common issues that might occur.

DIANNE WI think on the auto hauler’s they need to consider a winch system. I didn’t have a problem , but if someone is going after an automobile that doesn’t run. You have to have a winch. Just a suggestion.
JOE PThe person working the desk was great! I was there right after the location opened. Check in was fast and she came out to help hook up the trailer and make sure the equipment was clean, the trailer lights worked, etc. I think I was there about 15 minutes. Awesome!

RICKY CI walked in with no appointment, and they got me a Uhaul quickly as I was in a time crunch for work. Really smooth process and then dropped off the keys in the evening after filling up gas and got the receipt the next day in the morning. Everything was accurate with cost, no questions I would reccomend!
