We used the self-drop off for this location so we did not have contact with anyone there.
Karen BWait time was alittle longer then should have been just for taking a picture, there was about 7 people waiting in line with only one girl working which I know she was doing everything she could and it was not her fault, but maybe have another person instead of one to do everything
