First the truck ran and operated well. My problem was the dealer did not have enough pads as I ordered 24. And was reluctant to search for more initially I was told they had none but found 6 for me. Secondly my rental ordered I was told they had straps for purchase I could pick up when I got the truck. They did not have any. This cost me an extra half hour with moving help as I had to go find some. Not having enough pads had me to open boxes and use bend which also cost me time. All in all very disappointed with the communication dealer was not helpful.

I returned my truck at 4pm on a Saturday, so I had to do the online return. I couldn't get a picture of the mileage so I clicked on the “if you're having difficulty taking a picture, click here.” So I clicked it and it brought me to the key return page. I returned my keys and went on my way. I got an email receipt the next morning that said I used the truck for 2days which I didn't I had it for one, that I used more miles than I actually did, stating that I owe $50 more than I originally had to pay. Of course I couldn't dispute that when I got the receipt because they're closed on Sunday.

My box wasn't shipped and no one call me. I had to call multiple numbers to get no information and wait for a text. They told me to respond to the text and received the same response. I left a message and no one called me back. When it finally arrived I went to the building and was told they need a 24 hour notice to get into the unit but thankfully they let me in since I had no furniture or a bed to sleep on. They told me they would give me a refund but still haven't received one. I would use anyone over Uhaul Ubox ever again!

First, we could not get the truck at the original location because the website let me do moble pick up, and then changed it the day we picked it up to hand pick up. The location was not open and the guy we called was not helpful at all. Second, there was a tail light out, and third, even though I had put gas back in, the mobile drop off said I was going to be charged 41 dollars for gas. I had to go into the location and they verified that I had added gas. For a company, uhaul, being around for so long all over the world, this order was screwed up from the beginning.

The truck was the cleanest I have ever rented from uhaul but it shook violently, especially when empty. My main complaint is with the charges made by uhaul to my credit card. I had the truck for just under 1 day and 4 hours and I was charged 3 days rental. I had rented 12 furniture pads at $10 and was charged for 18 pads and $10 per 6 pads and somehow they came to a total of $45. The agent said he would get these issues fixed but a day later it has not been done.

Truck was dirty previous person must have split coffee or something steering wheel was all sticky and dash... Otherwise truck ran and performed great!!! Thank you U-Haul always be my go to company and I will continue to come to U-Haul never time I need a truck

Frankly it takes way to long to get you out the door-especially if there's 4 people in-line when arriving. Plus my gas gauge wasn't listed accurately and the drop off location charged me for more fuel. Way overpriced

overall UHaul was a horrible experience. After booking a 15' online - 2 days prior UHaul calls and said the only truck available in our state is a 26'. We had to call all the surrounding UHauls to try and find one ourselves. Then had to drive 150 miles to pick up. The online system wouldn't let us book the return and the place was a storage facility. Thankfully there was someone there to help us find the right place to park and do the return.

The "location" was hard to find. The dolley wheels weren't the greatest. We recommend U-Haul to any and all of our friends and family who need to move. The experience overall was great.

In my past experience with U-Haul, there was always an associate that would connect the trailer to the vehicle. There was a little older lady that waited on me after waiting almost 1/2 hour and there was no way that she would have been able to attach the trailer to my vehicle. I had a hard time myself lifting the tongue of the trailer from the ground to my vehicle. Customer service is not what it used to be, very disappointed

Older man at store front was an asshole! Very rude and very argumentative. I made the reservation online and this guy went on and on for an hour how I can't get the car trailer I reserved. For an extra charge I could have an included trailer he kept pushing. Was a complete jerk! Finally get to the part of actually getting a trailer and the one I supose to take had a flat tire. Then the second trailer, lights didn't work, then the third trailer a brake/turn signal light didn't work. Was an absolute nightmare! No one should ever be subject to the level of imcompatance with a business.

Just informing anyone on the condition of rental truck...maintenance should be done on front end suspension. Lots of play in steering.

The passenger seat had a ton of dog hair on it. My child is allergic to dog dander and it was everywhere. It was not an easy move for him because of that. Maybe check the seats next time for animal hair. Because it was really bad!!

It took a long time to check in, even though I did the online sign in ahead of time. The customer service person said the computer was being really slow. As for cleanliness, the UHaul trailer was full of dirt in the back. It was not swept or cleaned out. The lighting wiring was duct taped together. The desk person did give me a spare wiring harness in case I had problems. It was obvious that the trailer was not looked over after its last return.

Complete opposite from Evans Mills, very friendly and excellent customer service met me at the vehicle to inspect and provided me a paper copy of receipt because I need it for my employer. No wait time for anything was in and out in 10 minutes.

After hours drop-off a day early wouldn't let me do return truck on line early

I had a problem in the overall rental as I had reserved a 10 foot truck. Found out it was moved without consent to a 15. Went to check why at renal place. They could t find my rental. It was t in the system properly. Found out they had to see if I could even get a truck thrn found our Friday it was upgraded to a 26 footer. Way too big and not needed. All the stuff would have fit the 10 footer. Told me the trucks at original place were rotational and couldn't go out of state one way! What?!?! I had to take the 26 foot from another location. Since my daughter needed her stuff in Iowa and I had a refundable return flight I was stuck with a 27 footer. Not happy. Usuals phone response was well no trucks available. Bill. Saw plenty of trucks Saturday on way out past three usuals in my county at 1130 am. I spent way extra on gas to fill the monster gas eating truck that I shouldn't have if you honored the original. Uhaul tells me the 10 footers don't go out of state one way Ummm plenty of them on Iroqfs going south. And both with vehicles towing out of state plates. Explain that one. Final uhaul response was well we didn't charge you the 26 foot price. What?!?! You couldn't anyway as I didn't reserve it. Then offered extra mikes and days ! What? He destination did t move so I didn't need more mikes r days. My response is. Hello Penske and budge. Bye bye uhaul. You didn't honor our contract and I know you won't fix it by paying me back the excess gas I purchased consistently to Iowa. Instead of getting 16 a gallon I got 9 at the most. My pics show all the wasted space I didn't need or used. So no more uhaul expletives u mess you agree to reimburse half my gas purchases. I did return it with the 3/4 gas I received it with as I was told to do on pickup. I'm sure we won't hear to uhaul to make this right
