My contract with U-haul was until April 30th, I dropped off trailer on April 27th and this location is trying to charge me another $90.09 saying it was dropped off May 2nd. Really disappointed U-haul would cheat loyal customers.JOHN Y.

Had to go four different locations to drop off only one open and he said he didn't know how to do returns. We would have to go to one down the street and it was closed also. So we left our info and copy of contract and parked the trailer. 2 calls from U haul saying we had not returned trailer, finally after that we were doneWes D.

Fix the sealing on trailers and the system so you u dont have to pay for 6 days when moving across country when you took 3. Our clothes and items were soaked after driving through a little rain.Blade B.

No one was there to help me at the location. I called the usual customer service and they told home that someone should have been there for another hour. Also me and uhaul rep couldn't figure out the combination to the key I actually needed she had to call over a manager to assist. This process took 30 mins and I only had the uhaul schedules for 2 hours so I rushed home to get packed and on the move. I would like some form of a refund.Christopher D.

I was supposed to pick up and drop off the truck using my mobile which I hadn't done before. When I arrived to pick up the truck, 2 staff were still there. I think it was the owner, he said he would process the truck for me and save me some time. I was pleased. When I turned the truck back in, I didn't realize I was supposed check out using my mobile, I just locked the truck and put the keys in the key deposit. It wasn't until the next day I realized that, but when I checked my account online, everything had been taken care of perfectly. The 2 men were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I don't remember customer service like this, maybe ever! I will certainly refer my friends & family to Lincoln Tire, and will return there myself for my rental needs. Moving isn't pleasant, these 2 gentlemen were. Thank you Lincoln Tire!!!Sandi H.

This was the rudest employee and dirtiest uhaul drop off i have ever experienced. The staff member seemed annoyed that was were there at closing time, he didnt close out our rental contract while we were there and made us feel very unwelcomed in the establishment. I will never go to this location again. And it was a tire store so needless to say i would drive my car on just the rims before I would ever spend a single cent in that business. Uhaul you should remove this buusness as one of your locations before they destroy your reputation of customer service.Christina M.
The attendant had no clue how to hook the trailer up to my vehicle. He damaged my bumper and I am still waiting to hear what U-Haul is going to do about it. I was told I would be contacted within two days and now it has been eleven days and counting.David G.

When I picked up the trailer, nobody bothered to inspect my vehicle or to help me hitch the trailer. In addition the facilities lot is extremely small, and the patrons of tire store operation are forced to park anywhere they can find an open space. This effectively blocks all aisles and eliminates circulation. A patron of the tires store was parked in the spot where I picked up the trailer (also being the only possible place for me to drop off the trailer). Minutes after pulling in, two vehicles pulled in behind me, which made it impossible to either back out (the way forward was blocked) or to unhitch the trailer and put it in it's spot. I was stuck in the lot for over 30 minutes until the people behind me backed out of the lot, making it possible for me to finally leave. The employees of the tire store completely ignored me as I tried to find someone that could check the trailer in. They also made no attempt to help with the traffic jam. Overall, I do not think that this facility is equipped to handle UHAUL rentals. I will never use this facility again.Jay F.

I arrived at the scheduled time to an empty office, had to seek out an employee and inquire about how to get my rental, then was forced to wait for 15 minutes for somebody to show up that was qualified. It was a bad first experience with U-Haul, I would not recommend this location.Tyler H.

I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the owner to show up so I could get the u-haul. First I was told I'd get a $20 discount due to the wait. Then as I was walking out the door the owner told me he give me a $10 discount when I returned it the u-haul. I arrived back an hour and a half before the listed close time. They were closed. I knocked on the door and the owner tried to brush me off but finally came to the door after I wouldnt just leave. He said he would check me in and slammed the door in my face. Needless to say, I never received either discount and he didn't check me back in until a day and a half later. Lastly, the only reason I rented the u-haul was for the ramp to make the move easier but the vehicle didn't have one. I won't be doing business with this location again and maybe not u-haul either. If you're forced to do business there, be aware, they tried to rent me additional items that I had already purchased. Then tried to give me the cheaper dolly than i'd paid for. Also check the gas gauge. I was told it had a half tank when it had a quarter tank so I had to spend move on gas. Was screwed over in ever facet.Chris H.

They were super friendly and helpful. The truck was clean, easy to reserve online and super easy to pick up. They had us in and out in no time. I will definitely rent from this company again. I start the application online and ask the store manager to help me complete the form once I arrived. The 5 day rental seemed inexpensive, and I specifically told the manager that I was driving to Virginia on a one way trip. Called customer service got nothing but run around and transferred over and over . The trailer was filthy had grease and oil residue on inside of trailer and floor we cleaned it as good as we could but still got grease on my furniture which has to be cleaned now. Going to file lawsuits against company if you don't fix this matter immediately.Chris F.
We were happy that the employees were willing to help us load our vehicle on the tow dolly. HOWEVER, the customer should be given instructions as to how to go about removing a vehicle from a tow dolly since it is required to take it off when the destination is reached. We had no idea and we were lucky to return it to destination location during hours so someone was there to assist us. Parking at this location is awful.Connor S.

The person who helped me was very helpful and got me taken care of. The location, however, was pathetic. No place to pull in and drop off and crap piled everywhere. Reminded me of the first U-Haul dealer I attempted to work with when I first started the rental process, but eventually gave up on.Scott S.
While the person I worked with was helpful, the location itself was quite dirty and unappealing. I had forgotten I ordered pads. After I left I thought they might be in the truck, but they weren't. I ended up not needing them. An unexplained charge of $11.87 was applied to my credit card. It should have been a credit for $10 (and tax, maybe).Eugene C.
