Hello! I have a complaint regarding my rental, contract #87665330. I returned the truck to the exact location specified in my reservation — European Auto Newark, 7324 Wells Av, Newark, CA — yet I was charged an $8 wrong-dropoff fee and damage coverage $15 i no asked, Please remove this charge. Additionally, I completed the return through the mobile app on Sunday, October 4 (geolocation verified, photos submitted), but it was processed as Monday, October 5. Please correct the return date. I have photo and video evidence of the truck's condition and the completed return in the app. Please review this and refund the incorrectly charged amount. Thank you,
