This location is a liquor store, so it’s difficult to say it’s inviting. However, both gentlemen were helpful! I used the online check-in function to return the truck and that was great!

Staff were able to accomodate my last minute request for a rental truck for same day pickup. Staff was efficient and polite during pickup visit. When I had unexpected complications requiring use of the truck for an additional day longer than I expected, there was no hassels and staff was very accomodating. I was able to return truck after-hours by leaving keys in a "drop-box" Excellent experience with Liquor Fire and I will use them again (1st choice).

I rented a trailer for two days. Took it back early. Got my receipt was charged for three days, extra day of insurance and $20 late fee. Apparently the rental location turned in the return late. When I called, they were no help. Waiting for you you to correct.

There is no one there on Suday morning t 9:30 AM I cannot tell you anything about the drop off.

Paid for dolly but dolly was unavailable. Couldn’t get refund from store owner

Was to pick my rental at 10:30 a.m. when I got there the tow dolly was rented out the night before and was not returned until after 11:00 a.m. it was beyond personel ability, but the computer system crashed and had to wait even longer to get my rental(but was compensated for the delay) all in all I lost over 2 hours in my move. I would definitely not rent from that location again.

No dolly or pads in the truck. No zip tie. No contract review. No truck walk-around. Truck bed dirty. Website failed when taking pictures of the truck. They just expected me do do it all on my phone.
