It was a great experience overall. The store owner was very helpful and the van was in good shape. However, my husband picked up the van and said we didn't need the dollys and blankets, so he canceled them. When I went in to try to re-add them on the app I wasn't able to do it, and the store owner couldn't do it. It was pretty stressful - I was crying in the parking lot, and I haven't cried in years.
Ginger CThe trailers are very poorly designed. The fact that a king size box spring won’t fit through the door is absurd. Most of America is moving the same stuff and the trailer wouldn’t even fit that. Also the trailer should be tall enough to at least stand up in. The trailers should come with a jack on the tongue. That’s the absolute dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m a strong guy and it took absolutely everything h had to lift it off the hutch of my truck without throwing my back out.
