The truck was very dirty. Very little gas in the tank. That's the last thing someone wants to worry about when they are already dealing with the stress of moving.

i have used this location twice within 1 week, overall it was fine, fairly easy to rent. the trucks were basically clean, but not enough for my satisfaction. they need to focus more on cleaning the windows as well as the steering wheels and shift handle etc... all the things people would touch inside the cab. maybe if they had some sort of disposable steering wheel cover. the second truck i rented had a pretty dirty windshield. all in all it was okay and i got the job done.
Donald PTried to add insurance back to my bill without asking me even when I’d checked in on the app and declined multiple times.
Joshua ADon’t let them add on extras without telling you. It’s shady business to take the liberty to add on things that cost extra which were not selected when reserved online.
