The girl that dealt with the U-Haul rentals charged me the voluntary insurance fee without mentioning it. I didn't realize until looking through my moving receipts. She never mentioned anything about it. When I did the reservation online, I specifically chose not to get the insurance. Also I had reserved furniture pads with the rental. The girl said they don't provide these after repeated explanations of what I meant.
