Don't overcharge more than quoted for less mileage
Phil S.I reserved the U-Haul truck online to pick up at Littau. They called me the morning of the rental to tell me the truck wasn't back yet from the prior renter due to a flat tire and other delays and wouldn't be available until later that day. They were able to provide a different truck at the same price and we were able to pick it up on time. They provided great customer service.

I am certainly not going to recommend my friends and family go somewhere they will be ripped off. I was charged $15 for gas that I didn't use. Bad Practices.

Aside from that, everything went well. I definitely won't rent from this location again due to gouging me on price. Your rates are kind of a joke now as well. I will probably start borrowing rigs from people I know in the future rather than using uhaul again Uhaul used to actually help people when they needed to move. Imagine trying to go across the country in one now. That would be almost a years worth of mortgage payments. Pathetic if you ask me. Uhaul doesn't seem to care about anything but $ anymore

Sarah W.I was given a autotransporter trailer with no license plate, I did not notice that it was missing until I was pulled over and given a verbal warning for no license plate on the U-haul trailer. When I called the U-haul location about the issue I was told that it was a known issue and was explained that it was going to be fixed as soon as possible which was irrelevant information on my end not only because the issue would be fixed after I returned the trailer but also due to the fact that I was 2 hours away from the location, that being said an apology was given for the inconvenience. I don't believe enough was done to fix this issue, the trailer should have been out of order until the issue was resolved. Instead it was sent out and I may have had to face the consequences of receiving a ticket if the police officer decided to site me for no license plate.

THOMAS WILLIAM O.The only thing that I would recommend to be improved is if they have trailers in the front that are not able to go on rent that they put a sign on the front of them that says out of service. Other then that it was an awesome experience we rented it for one day originally and ended up using it for two and got everything moved! Thanks for the awesome customer service!

When questioned, these guys said UHAUL does not give Flat rates— and the charge is for excess mileage. When reserving the truck, I was given a quote of $225. As a flat rate for the move. I.
