I reserved the U-Haul truck online to pick up at Littau. They called me the morning of the rental to tell me the truck wasn't back yet from the prior renter due to a flat tire and other delays and wouldn't be available until later that day. They were able to provide a different truck at the same price and we were able to pick it up on time. They provided great customer service.
