I was not aware there would be a small wait while someone reviewed my information while picking up the truck. I was on an extremely tight schedule yesterday and there was nothing to indicate how long this step would take. In the end it only took about ten minutes, but I did not anticipate the wait. It would have been convenient to submit my photo and driver's license ahead of time.

Paving the parking area would be good, it was muddy after raining. Also because it's a market it's busy with customers buying food and gas.

The store was just that a store. The clerk just took the keys and said you will get an email from U-Haul. I dropped off at 4pm but the email stated 715pm.

Trailer need to be on flat area so when you pick the trailer tongue up it doesn't roll back. I have to get back in my truck 3 times and back up because it kept rolling back and there was no help there to help pick it up. It was a struggle I'm finally had to go in and get the person to come help me.

It would be nice to have someone explain the truck operations. Also, it would be nice to get credit for bringing the truck back with more fuel than it had when I took it...that would be excellent customer service.

Upon asking for a military discount, the manager told me that if I contacted U-Haul they would give a discount and credit my card. Upon doing this, I was told they do not because they donate to the Wounded Warrior fund. I'm thankful for their support to the Wounded Warrior...just please ensure correct information is being told to the customer.

Very disappointed in customer service and accessibility for the 24/7 pick up. Even got hung up on and not called back after waiting 20 minutes for an operator

Don't use mobile pickup. It's not worth the headache (phone signal, impromptu references, etc) . It's worth it to drive further to do an person pickup. Just got done with a mobile transaction

Original contract drop off location, Kenzy Mart at 5200 Western Blvd, refused return of the truck, citing no space and insisted I take it to Little Sue. Little Sue initially refused return of the truck because they were not the contract drop site. Eventually Little Sue accepted truck but not without first telling me that this is not proper UHaul procedure. I drove past Kenzy Mart 20 minutes later and there were 3 spaces available out front. Certainly an aggravating customer service experience. I'd like to rate Kenzy Mart as Poor, and gave Little Sue average because he did take the truck but not without first arguing, refusing, and considering sending me elsewhere yet again.

I just drive 6 miles to deliver a mattress, it charges me 25 dollars clean fee, 83 bucks total. so expensive!

UHaul took over 20 minutes to verify my license and they did not respond to my messages for 15 additional. They cut into my rental time and it’s disgraceful that I had to wait that long just to have someone say I look like my photo. Also, no one told me that I had to ask for my furniture dolly, so when I arrived to my house, I had to carry all of my heavy furniture without the assurance of a dolly. The place I rented from was great, but I do not think I will ever rent from uhaul again because of this experience.

This is not the fault of the "Little Sue Mini Mart", but of the local dispatchers. First they changed my rental to this location from one that was five minutes from my house. Then they changed my reservation to a larger truck that was too big for the amount of stuff I had to move and location of the move. They let me use the truck I reserved if I could bring it back. I agreed, even though would inconvenience me, they did not give me a break in price for doing them a "favor".

Our truck rental went smoothly and we were able to get the size we needed. All the extras were provided like the dollies (two) and the pads. We had friends help us move so we were able to get everything moved in one day. It was easy to check out and check in. We had great customer service. Best to reserve the truck several days in advance particularly if you have some flexibility in the date.

My reservation moved to this location from a place closer. There is only 1 guy who knows how to do the reservation. He had to go to his daughters graduation. It took me almost an hour to pick up a tow dolly because it had to be done over the phone. Send pictures via text and wait for the guy to respond. The clerk was on a separate call chatting with someone else. The place was run down and just not inviting. Train all employees and if you move my reservation you need to let me know.

My reserved truck was relocated to this location but no one informed me of the relocation until I arrived at my original destination and was told by the staff that my truck was somewhere else. Had to travel to other location. When I arrived at the new location, the agent on site could not answer my questions about completing the next steps on the online reservation. It was a huge headache to get the truck I had already reserved. Overall, it took a whole extra hour to even get my truck. This was not an easy process and I was very dissatisfied with the whole encounter. I would not recommend UHAUL to my friends because of this encounter.

You guys need to control your contractors. I received a truck that had about ~75% of fuel. I drove 6 miles total. JUST SIX MILES. And I had the fuel back to 75% and returned it. And your company charged me for not fueling it up to 15/16 which is the 'fuel at dispatch' but no, it was never at 15/16. I talked to UHAUL customer service about this case, the rep insisted that they are right and when I suggested a solid evidence, you guys stopped talking to me. No response for a week now. Bunch of scammers.
