The equipment was initially clean, but the vehicle was in a lot that was very muddy. While trying to be careful, my shoes were completely muddy walking around the vehicle making the initial assessment. Consequently, the interior floor was muddy from my shoes right out of the gate. Additionally, as I pulled away, mud was flung all over the truck from the tires. So I had a messed up truck the entire experience due to the parking lot. That really needs to improve. Very very friendly location and staff. Did not get the mans name but he came out and helped me with where to put everything and backing the truck in after I filled up. Will make sure to use them for a u-haul in the future whenever I move from this area if I ever do.Claud H.

The rate was high. I rented it for 2 days and there was no discount for returning it early as noted on my receipt. The quality of the radio and speakers were so bad that it gave me a headache. There was not a USB port for charging cell phone, which is a must for long trip.BEVERLY A.

I clearly remember telling them I did not want insurance. He still charged me for it. I reported this to the area manager 3 times before she responded telling me she wouldn't refund me. It's only $14, but I know the gentleman at the store did it on purpose to steal from me. I'll never use Uhaul again after the customer service I received all around.Stuart B.

It was my first time renting a uhaul and the employees were not very helpful with the renting process. Nothing was explained for expectations, so I had to miss my Lyft ride due to having to take care of some things that I was unaware I had to do. The location was good. The staff at the mini mart was super nice and wanted to make sure I selected the right truck. However, the truck smelled bad, like a public restroom that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The back was dirty; it had a lot of dirt and dust so I had to sweep all that prior to putting my stuff in as to not get it dirty. I just think that if I have to leave the truck clean to not get charged an extra fee, then I should find a clean truck when I come to pick it up.Zhandra S.

Im unsatisfied with the service I got from this place Im new to Raleigh NC and I rented a 15' truck from them I came in the store and the gentleman in there asked me how many miles did I think I needed I said 40 I was going from there to Capital Blvd the truck air conditioning wasn't working so I was totally wet from sweat,and before I left the store the guy gave me a total of $89 and some change for my truck for 7hrs I went to my storage on Capital Blvd and back to my place which literally up the street from Little Sue's and I unloaded the truck and I returned it so I never used the 7hrs I used it for about 4hrs and I filled it almost full even though they gave it to me just a tab bit past the half mark I take the truck back to the location and the guy said thank you for the key and I said the truck had no Ac in it he said I will make a note to the guy that I originally picked up the truck from I said okay thank you; The next day I check my account and it's charged an additional 19.55 from them when I called they said I had no late fees or anything so I said then what is the charge for he retracts and says it must because you went over the mileage or something ðŸ¤” I said you just said I wasn't charged for any late fees or anything but now you saying I was charged for going over mileage so I said okay I feel they took 19.55 and filled the truck up and I will never use this place again for rental purposes ðŸ˜’LAKISHA L.
