The check in process was extremely frustrating and set me back almost an hour. As a wedding planner my timelines are extremely tight. If I had another option to rent from someone else I would. Asking customers, repeat customers at that, to find two other contacts that must answer the phone in order for me to rent is ridiculous. That information should be collected at time of reservation, not as I am literally trying to pick up my vehicle.
