I don't think it was the location's fault, but the 5 dozen furniture blankets that I ordered were not available and I was not made aware until I got there. So, I had 10 people waiting in 100 degree weather for me to call and location what we needed so they could pack the truck. I had requested another location and Uhaul let me know ahead of time that the truck I requested was not available at that location and I would need to go to another location. They did provide additional free mileage for the change of location.
