The trailer was on its last leg and probably should have been kept for local hauls instead of across the country. One tire blew out but your repair service was good and prompt other that the first guy brought the wrong tire in his trunk.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle rented had a check engine light on and I was told to ignore it. This put my rental obligation at risk as this issue was not documented and they could have said it was my fault. The drop off instructions were not clear or ignored by staff, and the U-Haul employee ignored my reservation details and up-sold my reservation making it more expensive.
Adam BExcellent service, I recommend it
HECTOR BAbsolutely the best experience I have had renting a uhaul and I have rented many times in multiple states. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was clean, organized, and well stocked. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
