The mobile pick up system is way too complicated. It took about 30 minutes for us to get everything set up for the mobile pick up, so it could use some improvement.

Jeri DI don't think it was the location's fault, but the 5 dozen furniture blankets that I ordered were not available and I was not made aware until I got there. So, I had 10 people waiting in 100 degree weather for me to call and location what we needed so they could pack the truck. I had requested another location and Uhaul let me know ahead of time that the truck I requested was not available at that location and I would need to go to another location. They did provide additional free mileage for the change of location.
