CARSON BI was charged for a hand truck that I did not pickup or use during my move. Parking was terrible … the store and food truck traffic made it very cumbersome and slightly overwhelming.

ALFRED DI was very pleased with my experience. The owner was very courteous and when I returned the vehicle, and based on the mileage I had incurred on the truck, he found me a better rate which saved me $41.00 Also, the equipment was in excellent condition. Will definitely use this location again, when needed.
CLYDE CMy experience with this location was outstanding. My overall experience was very bad. I reserved a truck from a different location and when I went to pick it up there was no truck there. When I called customer service they said I was supposed to receive a call but it was never made and there was no truck nearby. I had to wait until the next day to get a truck which I feel was unacceptable. What is the point of reserving a truck and it not being available??

EDIXON Ci do think one or more of the trailer tires was "out of round" and created a wobbling when driven. i can offer more details why i believe this is the case. it was worse at 25mph than 55 mph. worse when empty than loaded.

ERIK FCar stalled and was old. Seemed like it needs some maintenance for better operation. Aside from that, vehicle was very old and has no automatic features for doors or windows which was very inconvenient
Claudia PI usually use U-Haul on yearly bases and this time this location took very short time to reserve and pick at that location very quickly. The staff was friendly and quick.

Keith DWe arrived 90 minutes late for our pick up at the original pickup location and they had rented the vehicle I reserved to someone else. When we got to the new location, it took quite a bit of time to get us checked out. Vehicle condition: the air conditioning on our vehicle did not work - in fact it blew hotter air than the ambient temperature. After driving 3 1/2 hours to Ralieigh, having to drive to a different location to get a rental, loading for 2 hours in 104o F heat index weather, and then needing to drive another 3 1/2 hours in torrential rain with no air conditioning I was NOT happy!

GLENN WGas station was open. Clerk there told me what to do. UHaul stopped operating at 330pm on a Friday. Lots of Uhaul vehicles there for rent.
