The Lady at the store kindly notified me this would be an online pickup. I had never done that before and was not familiar with the process, and the internet in this rural location was not working on my phone. I don’t believe reservation warned me of unattended pickup. Also the empty tongue weight on the 6x12 trailer seems somewhat high if no tongue jack is supplied. I managed to hook it up myself, but a lot of people are not strong enough. Kudos to your customer phone service team for helping me make it happen. Location was just fine, but online reservation system should be improved. Not trying to be negative - I am grateful a trailer was available!
