Why don't you provide or have available any moving carts at this facility?

I am overall very impressed with the facilities at Lloyd Self Storage, although I am a little disappointed that the storage unit I rented is not the size that was advertised (10 x 20 x10). The actual length of the unit is 19’ 4”.
