The mobile check in was a shit show. The system did not work well and we tried to switch to using an alternate method where the store operator checked me in. Apparently since I already opted for mobile it created more problems. The ordeal ended up making me late for my scheduled appointment despite being several minutes early for my scheduled truck pick up. Needlessly stressful experience all around.

Not only was the truck filthy, they charged me for scratches that were already there. Then said “well, you had the option on the app to take pictures, did you take pictures?” There was no where to enter the pics. These people should not have the uhaul name, never experienced this before. I was moving a mattress, nothing that could possible scratch the truck. Bad business.

The gentleman that helped me was frustrated not necessarily at me but appeared to be very busy with no-one to help him. I apparently ordered a truck that did not have a ramp which I needed and he made me feel as I should know what trucks have ramps. This was my 1st time ordering a uhaul truck. Tried 1st to do it by phone but had to wait to long on the phone. Returning the truck was a disaster. when called the location to check hours they said they would be open. When we got there they were closed. When trying to check in through the app, couldn't get past the part where we were to show our location. Waited 35-40 minutes to be helped, only to be hung up on. Waited another 23-40 minutes had a lovely person help us. I believe her name was Emily from the corporate office that walked me through it. We did get stopped on the odometer reading as it wouldn't let me past that point so Emily took notes and closed my file. My overall rating of usual experience is a d-.

Noticed a smell of dog crap AFTER visually inspecting and approving the condition of the van. I got charged a cleaning fee for the last guys dog. Extremely disappointed.

I was charged an overnight fee, but returned the vehicle on time. The app didn't let me know I had to take photos of the mileage first before I returned the keys. I feel like I should be refunded the overnight fee. Customer service is hard to get ahold of.

This location is actually very easily accessed but the issue I have with it is that with a 26 foot truck and picking up a tow dolly, it was just very complicated to manage. I also did not appreciate that I was charged an additional fee for the dolly hookup. If I didn't pay the guys wanted me to go about a block away and set up myself. I just do not find this professional nor fair being that I had already spent so much money with the rental, fees, added equipment and plus this dolly I needed. No ownership or pride from the store. Just “hurry up, pay and leave” sort of feeling

When I picked up the truck and drove it home, the check engine light came on so we had to return it and get a new truck. The new truck was a little dirty but ran well. The process went smoothly and the app worked really well!

the price says $39 at the end of the day i pay $218 i dont know how they jump from $39 to $218 i went back to the store to ask and they say because i drive it for over a 100 miles which is not true i drive for no more de 40 miles

I rented your pick up truck based upon your $19,95 advertising. My final bill later that day was nearly $100! I have never been ripped off so much with a vehicle rental! I will never rent a U-Haul again!

Dolly and pads were not secured, so I was charged for them even though I did not use them. Plus they take up a lot of valuable space in the truck. One day rental but was charged for three days because the online return website doesn't work. Now I have to spend more time to try to get my bill adjusted. Won't rent from this location again.

We originally wanted AND reserved a 26' truck with an appliance dolly. We were informed by a Uhaul rep the DAY BEFORE, that there was no 26' available and would we take a smaller truck. So we settled on a 20' truck. Then no more than an hour later a Uhaul Rep called and told us they didn't have a dolly and could we pick one up at another location. What they SHOULD have offered was to be able to pick up BOTH the truck AND the Dolly at just ONE location - that would be good customer service. Then when I tried to pick up the truck - it was on empty! The Uhaul app would NOT let me upload any photos of the dashboard or really of anything. I had to call Uhaul twice, both times being put on hold over 20 minutes, to try to explain what happened so I would not be charged and to complain that the truck had 3 miles left on it. Glad there was a gas station 1 mile away or I would have never made it to the other Uhaul to pick the dolly(and stand in line for another 15 minutes). A lot of time wasted- poorly handled by Uhaul all around. Horrible!

I rented for 2 days the 15ft truck at $29.95/day and drove truck les than 2 miles and somehow after physically returning truck on the Sunday afternoon when closed and following the correct procedure on the App & using the dropbox for key return I was charged $163.00 The guy was rude to begin with at the counter and then out at the truck when he first issued it to me, as well. Never been so humiliated at a counter before. They were the closest location to where I was moving, and that's why I used them... Do I have to go as far as putting in a Credit Card Dispute?... ___

Location and equipment was great. The mobile check-in is good once started but every time it makes me double verify myself before I can get started as it says it doesn't recognize my device - even though I've used the exact same phone / device on my last few rentals.

I tried to use the Uhaul app which did not work as it kept saying it could not find my location. I had my location accessible. I had to wait til the rental center opened to get the keys from the lock box which caused me to start my day behind schedule. Rental center was very nice.

I thought that the gentleman, Nelson, I worked with to obtain the truck was extremely helpful, very friendly, very efficient in getting the" paperwork" processed though it was electronic. He is a very solid representative of your company and did a great job at check out and check-back-in. I'll go back there again to do business with that location.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS AFTER I DOWNLOADED THE UHAUL APP I WAS UNABLE TO LOG IN TO THE UHAUL SITE IN ORDER TO CHECK THE TRUCK BACK IN AFTER HOURS. I WAS ABLE TO CALL UHAUL AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME WHAT TO DO.

Location and person at check out was the best after the worst.. Maybe let me know that my reservation has been moved. Instead of making me show up ON MOVING DAY to the location I had the reservation at to be told they don't have a truck. No only is a move exhausting and nerve wracking but to be told “nope. No truck for you here” is the worse. Definitely not using uhaul next. And I will not recommend uhaul to anyone and they will know why.
