Hello, I want you to know that my experience with U-Haul was the worst ever! I originally made a reservation at one location they changed me to another, then they changed me to another. When I got to the third location for my pick up on Saturday morning, they had given my truck to someone else three minutes before. The owner told me, that somebody had booked it online just before I had gotten there and because they had paid for it, I lost my reservation. I don’t think this is a good policy for your customers. Fortunately, they transferred our reservation to the location on Doheny Road and the gentleman there was extremely nice and helpful. I am extremely disappointed in U-Haul. I don’t think that was good customer service.
