They charged me a 50$ cleaning fee for having water on the floor of the back of a truck ! Employee was rude and Inconsiderate.

DEE JI was confused with your association with Affirm for pay for the rental. I thought the location would automatically recognize that I was using Affirm to pay for the rental. Unfortunately, the entire amount was deducted from my bank account, Affirm was not used. I guess I had never used Affirm before and did not understand that I was to give Uhaul a one time code. At any rate, the move is over and the trailer returned to the assigned location. All is well !

DEAN MMy reservation was canceled and the entire process was confusing. Also, the purchased items were not available at the location that was changed to. The person also charged me for extra fuel for 1/4 where the tank only had 1/8. He gave a $10 credit for fuel and that did not fill up to equal amount. This was not a great experience.

VADIM SThe drop off location was closed so I just left the trailer. I was able to unhook the trailer, however my wife would not have been able to do so.
WILLIAM GI have not rented a van for many, many years. I was not expecting everything to be done by app - taking all the pictures before leaving and then having to take them all again on return that I was not expecting and was not easy in the dark with little battery life left in my phone. The return procedure was not easy to find in the app was not explained when I picked up - though you are threatened with a service charge if you do not follow it! My other big gripe is that I selected a 12ft van only to find it doesn't have a ramp!! Going up to the 15ft was not a problem but what is the point of 12ft van if you can't get big stuff into it easily. And, also I rented a furniture dolly - you'd think something would flag that there is no point having a furniture dolly with the 12ft truck! Gripes over, and now I understand the procedure, I would use the service again. The van was fine and did the job. The guy at the location was pleasant and attentive but, I think, he could have foreseen that I'd never used the app - or didn't even know I needed it before - and given more advice.
PETER GThe gas tank should be full. You expect the tank full and it was less than a quarter…
JESUS RThe vehicle only had 1/3 of a tank of gasoline which means I had to put gas in the truck twice to complete my move. That was not acceptable and U-Haul should maintain at least half to 3/4 of a tank in any vehicle they rent.
Alex RIt is not a full service location, for trailers. The worker was great, the facility is just a lot. There is no help at all, it primarily rents cleaning supplies, vacuums, etc. when I first pulled up and asked for help with my hitch install, the owner I think he was, told me to move my car into the street and that he could not help me. This set off a poor experience visiting 4 more locations…..
JOHN PLocation was easy to find. The gentleman that assisted me with check out and check in was very nice, courteous and helpful, very personable compared to other larger locations. The parking lot was a little tight, but the gentleman’s demeanor bumped up the rating to above average.
ANTON PTruck was dirty and in horrible condition. We had a reservation and first customers at the store ..... got the worst condition truck on the lot. Truck 6 miles to the gallon was how we were charged..Really? Filled the tank with 2 gallons to cover 32 miles....and were charged another 2+ gallons.

BRIAN HI had a great U-Haul experience! It was my first time using an authorized dealer, and the experience was amazing. I rented a trailer on two different days with two different staff members from different ethnic backgrounds, but it felt like I was dealing with the same friendly person each time. GURUDATTA PAt this location they charged me 2x for milage, they charged me 450$ up front then 150$ after the trip was over. So the fees for the whole trip were over 400$ but the vehicle itself was 210$. What a fraudulent way to advertise and charge people with hidden fees to make yourself wealthy!

Maihri TI booked the time and location, but they called me to reschedule it because the truck is not available at that pick up location one day before moving. I guess I have no choice but to pick up at a much more far place, and I accepted it. Then I went there today on time, it turned out that only one truck left for me has some problems with engine, so I had to go to another place that’s 20 miles away because I have to pick up and drop off at the same location. I think this is so unfair and unbearable.I think I won’t use U-Haul anymore and suggest my friends also not to!
