It was really difficult to pick up the key using the app. Some one from Local Lawn care & Landscaping had to get the key for me (this gentlemen was really nice) after seen us struggle for almost an hour. Dropping the truck off was also a pain I had to call CSR because they had the incorrect mileages in the system. I really would not recommend renting it using this option.

I will never do business with U-Haul again. I was sent to a site where no one was in the office and everything was supposed to be online. I was unable to get my truck without the help of a customer service tech. This made me two hours late to my move. The same thing happened with the return of the truck. Additionally, I left a few messages asking to talk with someone regarding my concerns about this terrible experience before leaving this review (which was more than two weeks ago) and I have not heard back from anyone. Take your business elsewhere even if you have to travel further and pay more because this type of service and lack of customer service is not worth your time, efforts, and money.
Simon J.the inside was dirty, the back was covered in wood shavings/ chips, the check in process took 30 minutes, i have no idea how much i was actually billed. absolute joke. The only positive was the truck drove nice.
