This is a constructive criticism with regards to this U-Haul business location. The office was closed every Wednesday so I have to go through an online application to retrieve the truck key. The app at first suggested a wrong action plan to retrieve the truck key - it recommended to retrieve the key inside the back of the truck. First issue , I do not have an information of the gate code to open. But I was able to enter the facility to go to the back of the truck. If there is a will, you can find a way. Unfortunately, there was no key. Many attempts in exploring the apps for the right info in retrieving the key and the gate code. It took me a lot of efforts just to find all these data. Out of frustration, I have to call the UHaul corporate office and they were able to give me the office manager local cellphone number. The office manager helped me to retrieve the truck key and the gate code. Next time, since I did not know the office days during the week, I should schedule renting a truck when the office is officially open.
Elmer BI had a frustrating experience with this location because my initial reservation was canceled without any explanation. I had to make a new reservation, but only a much larger truck was available. Furthermore, the location manager's attitude turned unpleasant at one point, almost ruining my day.
