I was told take U-Haul guessed two days for my trip from Richmond Tx to Llano Tx. I picked up at 9:00 Am on Friday loaded, drove to Llano and unloaded Friday. We returned to Mason on Saturday at 9:30 and was told that you pay for what U-Haul predicted for the trip. I will be shopping differently next time and I know what questions to ask although I was apparently told what I wanted to hear at the Richmond U-Haul dealer

How U-Haul Reviews Workafter hours check in process was lengthy, unclear and cumbersome. truck was parked in a position that was impossible to remove it because there was not enough room. other trucks were in front and on each side.
